Mr. Gollehon was Benchmark Plus' first employee beyond the founding principals.  Jeremy now leads a small team overseeing the firms' initiatives in creating an extremely productive and efficient workplace.  He also had a partial role in developing the Benchmark Plus Real Alpha™ process.  Jeremy writes all of the firm’s proprietary analytic tools for the evaluation and monitoring of potential investments. He also designs the systems and software for other parts of the Benchmark business utilizing both in-house and external resources with the majority of projects accomplished internally.  Jeremy graduated from Pacific Lutheran University receiving a BBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Jonathan has been developing business software solutions for over three years. Prior joining Benchmark Plus, Mr. Erickson was a Systems Analyst at PACCAR. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Informatics.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Washington, Tacoma in June 2007 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Software Systems. Prior to joining Benchmark Plus in April of 2010, he was a Systems Analyst for PACCAR where he architected and developed internal software solutions.
